The Food Connects Food Hub develops new markets for growers and food producers, increasing wholesale access for local and regionally produced food while contributing to a vibrant regional economy.

We make it easy for you to obtain food from multiple regional producers. Our website and ordering system provides access to source-identified produce, meat, dairy, baked goods, fruits and vegetables, and specialty grocery products from more than one hundred regional producers in and around New England. Food Connects offers competitive prices, personalized services, and products that you can feel good about.

The Details 

+ How often do you deliver?

Depending on your location, Food Connects can deliver to you either once or twice each week.

+ What is your order schedule?

Order by Monday at 10:00 AM for Wednesday or Thursday delivery, and Wednesday at 10:00 AM for Friday or Monday delivery. Certain products require special orders.

+ How do invoicing and payment work?

You will receive your invoice by email on Wednesday for Wednesday or Thursday deliveries, and Friday for Friday and Monday deliveries. Terms are Net 15. Payments can be made by check, ACH bank transfer, or credit card.

+ Do you offer samples?

We are happy to provide you with samples of many of our items. Please get in touch with our Sales Team to learn more about specific product sampling.

+ Are there order minimums?

Order minimums vary by location. Please get in touch with our Sales Team for more information!

+ What should I do if I have a complaint about a product?

If a product you receive does not meet your quality standards, please notify your sales representative and send a photograph illustrating the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

+ Are you closed on holidays and in case of bad weather?

Holidays and Closures Schedules

The Food Connects Food Hub currently delivers 50 weeks per year, 5 days a week.

We are closed for one week in April and the week between Christmas and New Year's.

We will adjust our delivery schedule accordingly to accommodate the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving & the day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule pickups and/or deliveries. If this happens, a Food Hub Team member will communicate directly with affected customers via phone or email to provide an updated schedule.
